Green Peas

Vitamin K, manganese, dietary fibre, vitamin B1, copper, vitamin C, phosphorus, and folate are all present in green peas in very good amounts. Additionally, they are a good source of protein, magnesium, iron, potassium, choline, niacin, vitamin B2, molybdenum, and zinc.
In Egypt, Sugar Snap and MG2 green bean cultivars are the most popular.
